It is so simple to purchase some good quality essential oils and have them in your first aid or medicine kit. For example; I recently took my family to Florida for Spring Break. I took my oils with me. As usually happens on vacation, someone gets sunburned. This particular time it was me. I mixed some lavender for skin healing, some roman chamomile for pain, and some helichrism for the burn, into a two ounce spray bottle of water. I sprayed that on the burn like every hour for the first day. I am happy to say, that the pain was gone immediately! Also, it is often difficult to sleep in hotels, and a new bed, so I dropped a little lavender on my wet hands and rubbed them on everyones night clothes. That was great! Also, my daughter got a little over zealous with the buffet one evening and complained of a stomach ache. My peppermint oil rubbed on her tummy and a little on her chest cleared it right up. So, My point is, that these oils are only about an inch tall and around. How much space can that take up? Way less than asprin, creams, pepto, and sleeping aids, AND all natural.
